Tony is a generalist with experience in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations Management and Human Resources Development (Management of Training). For the past 26 years, Tony has had the opportunity of developing his skills in all disciplines of Human Resources. For the last 20 of those years, Tony has been consulting and has honed his competence in various sectors of industry, including but not limited to, Information technology, property/facilities management, manufacturing (Plastics and Furniture), Engineering, and Education.

In addition to his Generalist HR Development skills, Tony has extensive experience in competency-based job profiling, job grading, integrating these aspects with competency-based performance management, coupled with experience in all aspects of current labour legislation, Employment Equity implementation (Diversity) and a strategic HR process that will make him a valuable asset to your company and or clients. The Facilitation of Industrial Relation Training and Leadership is more than a job to him, it’s his passion in life; understanding business problems, providing recommendations for HR process improvements, HR Development and providing solutions that support business objectives.
