  • Employment Equity Implementation aligned to Strategic Human Resources, including Recruitment and Selection process and practise, Job profiling, Job evaluation and grading, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Setting up of your EE Committee as per the designated groups, EE Charter, EE
  • plans and targets, eradication of discriminatory practices within the workplace, workplace conduciveness to disabilities and submission of EE reports, overall diversity and inclusion initiatives;

 

  • Change Management strategies and interventions that assist in organisational change including employment engagement processes and initiatives such as People Surveys/ Mood on the Floor / Pulse Surveys

 

  • Organisational Design linking Strategic Planning & People Positioning Modelling Competency based Job profiling, Performance Management & KPI setting linking Recognition and Rewards

 

  • Talent Acquisition & RPO Modelling
