Craig has more than 40 years’ human resource management experience in the mining, financial services, construction and engineering sectors. With extensive experience at the highest leadership levels of several large listed and private companies across the full range of human resource functions, as well as internal and external communication, health, safety and environmental management and other aspects of ESG. Leadership positions have included directorships and trustee appointments.

His HR experience includes responsibility for formulating a business aligned human resources strategy and policy, and guiding the practical implementation thereof; leading the HR function to efficiently deliver various HR services and programmes to an organisation in multi-site and project environments; championing performance, diversity and culture improvement; engaging with diverse stakeholders including unions and communities; and partnering with the CEO in order to improve leadership capability and overall organisational effectiveness.
