Michelle graduated from UNISA as a teacher before continuing her studies at Wits Business School with a postgraduate Diploma in Management PDM (HR) 

This kicked off a career in Human Resources with over 25 years’ diverse experience in Generalist HR.  She has gained expertise in Payroll, IR and Transformation, having spent years at the CCMA and MIBCO with large scale retrenchments and wage negotiations.  She has worked in the motor, financial and media industries. 

Her focus as a consultant is on the implementation of outsources payrolls, large and small from inception to payslip.  She has expertise in the management of intricate payroll legislative framework and industry best practices as well as data management to ensure compliance and accuracy.    Amongst others, she successfully managers the large payroll of a building industry leader that started as an emergency project due to covid and included the retrenchment of staff, statutory requirements and data management.
